You’re driving down a dark highway when a sudden flash of neon green appears in your rearview mirror. Panic sets in—are you being pulled over, or is something wrong? While most drivers instantly recognize red and blue emergency lights, green flashing lights often create confusion.
In many areas, green lights are used by authorized medical transport or community service vehicles to improve visibility while transporting elderly or medically vulnerable passengers.
