What Is Growing on My Head?
The first time I felt the small bump beneath my hair, my mind went into overdrive. Every day I checked it, convinced it meant something terrible. Endless late-night searches only made the fear worse, filling my head with horror stories and uncertainty.
Finally, I booked a doctor’s appointment, expecting the worst. Instead, I was met with calm reassurance. Scalp bumps are common, often harmless, and in my case, completely benign.
The relief was overwhelming, but the experience taught me something important. Fear grows in silence and uncertainty, while answers bring peace. Ignoring your body or relying on internet searches can create unnecessary anxiety.
That tiny bump didn’t change my life—but it changed the way I think about my health. Now I know it’s always better to get checked than to spend sleepless nights imagining the worst.
