Stephen Miller Slams Liberals Pushing False Trump Health Rumors

Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security adviser Stephen Miller criticized Democrats this week for spreading what he called false claims about President Donald Trump’s health. Speaking on Fox News, Miller said Trump is more accessible and transparent than any political figure in history, noting his frequent press conferences, interviews, and hours-long livestreamed Cabinet meetings. Miller added that Trump outworks his staff, calling them early in the morning and late at night on issues ranging from national security and trade to housing and public safety.

The comments followed online rumors suggesting Trump was seriously ill or had died, which spread after a brief gap in public appearances and a blank Labor Day weekend schedule. Trump dismissed the claims as “fake news,” telling reporters he spent the weekend golfing and working. Photos later surfaced of him golfing at his Virginia club.

The White House and Vice President JD Vance affirmed Trump is in good health. A recent physician’s memo cited mild, common medical issues and said there was no cause for concern.
